Shipping was a slow even
Shipping was a slow even though it was supposed to take 1-2 days; it took 2 weeks and several email correspondences asking where my purchase was. The person who finally answered the email blamed the shipping co for not updating the status when it was clear to me the only thing that had happened was a label was created. . Only 2 of 5 emails were answered and 0/0 for an answer to my voicemail. I was very close to contacting the BBB
