Disappointed with NEOM. I placed an order for a birthday gift for my sister, to be delivered (I paid for next day delivery). The gift was not delivered next day and was not delivered to the correct address, the proof of delivery shows this. The delivery company was EVRI who were unhelpful is assisting and advising where and to who the gift was left. Totally awful customer service

Generally pleased, but fragrance in shop was really very strong as they had a few wellbeing pods on at the same time. Giving a false impression of strength of fragrance

I have bought products a few times from Neom, the products are very nice but expensive. My most recent order stated it would arrive between 2-4 working days and it was for a birthday present. I hadn't receive the order by the 4th day and so I complained and the order then arrived on the 4th day late in the evening so I could not give this across as a present.

Shipping is prompt enough, and so is customer service but refund for returns in case you have to will take a while.

I’ve been using Neom diffusers and hand cream for years, and I’m still obsessed! The diffusers make my home smell amazing without being overpowering—perfect for relaxing or getting in the zone. The hand cream is a dream: absorbs quickly, leaves hands soft, and smells subtly gorgeous. Honestly, these little indulgences make everyday routines feel a bit more luxurious. Highly recommend!

Its a lovely diffuser but I'm slightly disappointed with the noise it makes when misting, was expecting it to be quieter. Other than that it is lovely and the scent of the oils is beautiful.

Total waste of time and customer service is very poor. They only send a standard cut and paste reply to any query. Unfortunately as I did not have the receipt as it was a gift they were not interested in helping. Didnt even say I could purchase the missing item or a solution to get the mini pod to work. save your money and buy one from some where else that cares. Shame on you Neom, only interseted in profit.
