These brownies and muffins helped me out so much. They made my painful cramps insanely tolerable compared to the way they used to be and they are delicious. I started out with the delicious chocolate brownies and i also love to snack on the banana nut muffins. These helped me out so much and I would recommend them to anyone who deals with painful periods.

I was one of the first people who have tried the mini cupcakes for my daughters and have already seen a huge improvement in their monthly cycle symptoms month over month. In addition, they were able to notice an improvement in their acne. Before my girls would have intense cramps that made them struggle to complete daily activities, however, now their stomach cramps are gone with Neeshi. In addition, the treats are very tasty we like them warmed up in the microwave to be so soft. I actually enjoy having one a day, and the cakes are certainly a much better alternative to all the over the counter medicines!

I've been taking various herbal supplements and hormones for heavy periods and these cakes have worked like magic! I even did one month on and another off to test and there was a substantial difference in my flow. I'm a big believer of functional medicine and I was very surprised by the effectiveness of these treats. My family also enjoys these as mini chocolate cakes and I give them to my 4 year old to help with her hair growth. We love them directly out of the freezer and also warmed in the microwave.
