I love your body scrub. Since I first tried it 5 years ago, I can't live without it. I have very sensitive skin, and I can't use lotion in the summer. But NectarLife body scrub saved my skin from the heat rash and dryness.

I contacted CS dept regarding a damaged product and simply asked for a credit or replacement. It has take 4 emails and it still is not resolved to my satisfaction, She credited me for less than I paid for the product that was clearly damaged.
