Customer service sucks! I have been a customer for many years now and super disappointed by the lack of customer care! I had an issue with my order (wrong & missing items). They resent it, however my rewards points is now in the negative. I reached out to customer service via email and they have still not rectified this situation. I will not be making any further purchases until the is fixed!
