I've gotten several of your products directly and through other sites, you're my favorite producer of faux plants : ) I'd say you're very expensive, I only look at third party sales or your clearance (even those can be pricey I think). Some plants look extremely natural, like your fiddle leaf fig and your dracaena, they were fantastic. Some plants look pretty natural, like your hanging basket plants, olive tree, or Swiss cheese plants; if you arrange them right, they can easily fool. I was pretty disappointed with the palm I got; it looked nothing like the picture and really fake. Overall, I recommend you folks to people but encourage sale scouring only, your promo codes don't work on already reduced things. You may want to look at extra incentives for reoccurring customers to avoid them shopping third party retailers if you prefer direct payments. Hope this helps!

Perfect little trees for my empty planters to keep on either side of my front door until spring and real plants return. Came with spikes (optional - not needed at my place) and are realistic enough. Right size, right price, promptly delivered - I'm very happy with this purchase.

Absolute perfection! The tree got lost in shipping and it went for quite the trip. The delivery man opened it with me as he thought for sure looking at the box it would be damaged. No it wasn’t touch. Well secured in the box so even though the box looked tough the tree looked spectacular. Definitely a focal point I get a lot of comments on it, I put it in a pot with green and white river rock! Totally Stunning!

Overall, good products. The 4 ft cypresses I purchased fool everyone and stand up to the weather well. Bouganvillea are a bit expensive but they are attractive and as long as the birds don't pick at them, they last--even in California Central Valley sun. I will be purchasing some more items in the near future.
