Excellent product. Finley is a 13 year old cockapoo and loves your food. It is also good for his tummy. The very quick delivery is also appreciated.

Good quality & value - cheaper to order direct than use a supermarket. A big plus is that Naturo use a proper delivery company not Evri. So my order was delivered to my home, as opposed to being dumped in the street, going to the wrong address or getting chucked under a hedge.

Naturo clearly value their customers loyalty. Recently I had a delivery go missing. A replacement order arrived with a couple of free gifts thrown in. It made the whole experience very easy and made me feel valued as a customer

It's easy to order online and the delivery is rapid. I had a problem with part of my last order being delivered damaged in transit and the Customer Service team were super! Very helpful on the phone and replacement cans arrived within a few days. I can't fault the service.
