My dogs really enjoy the food. And the customer service is absolutely excellent and my delivery arrived the next day.

I'm a fairly new customer to Naturo and I cannot fault the service so far. Deliveries are usually next day or the day after.

Made my dog very sick wanted to return but postage fees postage alone was over £12 So not very helpful

Fantastic, Excellent Quality and most of all My dog Loves it.

The subscription is brilliant. Saves me money and time. The last delivery there had been a leak of the salmon oil. Boxes were stuck together and two trays had developed mould. This never normally happens. But I contacted customer services. By the time two emails had been exchanged between my self and them a refund had landed in my account. Service was faultless
