I love that I can change my subscribe and save based on when I need a shipment. I love the products and that it's family owned.

I unsubscribed to your spam email and in response you immediately shipped to me and billed me for 12 boxes of cereal I did no authorize. Shame on you! I did not order it. All I did was unsubscribe to your spam.

Except for almost every shipment arriving damaged and having to deal with that it’s been pretty good. They did always replace or refund (my choice) each order. Their products are great!

I could not tell ya how Raisin Bran tastes, because I placed an Order on May 17th and it still has not been delivered (today it July 15th). No communication or forewarning from your company has been extended. When I reached out to your customer service on June 18th, I received some non-committal, non-specific response from "Caitlin" and no further follow up or updates. As I just said, it is July 14th today, no product, and you. . . you have the audacity to ask me for feedback. . . shm If it weren't for the fact that this order was for someone dear to my heart, I would have cancelled it long time ago. I hope someone at this company has some decency and shame and will fulfill my order as it should have been. Very disappointing first time customer experience, but definitely the last. I will never order from this company again.
