I could not tell ya how Raisin Bran tastes, because I placed an Order on May 17th and it still has not been delivered (today it July 15th). No communication or forewarning from your company has been extended. When I reached out to your customer service on June 18th, I received some non-committal, non-specific response from "Caitlin" and no further follow up or updates. As I just said, it is July 14th today, no product, and you. . . you have the audacity to ask me for feedback. . . shm If it weren't for the fact that this order was for someone dear to my heart, I would have cancelled it long time ago. I hope someone at this company has some decency and shame and will fulfill my order as it should have been. Very disappointing first time customer experience, but definitely the last. I will never order from this company again.
