I wouldn’t say shipping is the fastest once it didn’t show up at all and I had to get a refund and I needed to drive for a wedding, but these pros came relatively quickly. They are packed nicely and I was able to easily return the one that did not fit

Horrible Customer Service
My package did not arrive. I reached out to Natori, they told me it was delivered. I went up and down my block, checked with my neighbors. No package. I spent a lot of money and have nothing. Not even a refund.

I called the Customer Service number and got a voicemail, which I left a message on with my question on Natori product. I received a return call almost immediately, however, I missed the call and listen to the voicemail. They also followed up with an email to me regarding the answer to my question. They were very thorough in making sure I got the information I needed. Great customer service and a good suggestion on a substitute product for the discontinued item I was inquiring about.
