I ordered the set of black and coloured printer ink but only received the black ink last week with a note stating that the coloured is out of stock and should be with me by 26th of September. I have emailed and completed an online query form....nothing so far.... I honestly thought I would be able to use this supplier regularly and spread the word for several of my business colleagues to use too... Disappointed!!

Awful. Inks never received.
Inks never arrived, zero customer support. Thankfully I paid with PayPal. Opened a case with them and hot an immediate refund. I would advise to go elsewhere.
