Placed order on May 19. Now June 3 and still no delivery. Contacted Inkjet 3 times but they are not interested. Yes, I believe they did post the item but they refuse to believe thatI have not received it. They seem unwilling to trace the problem. Poor customer service.

Easy web site to use and find the right ink. Had a discount code which was ideal. Kept informed of delivery which despite the mail strike came within a few days. I haven’t used the ink yet as the old ones have not run out so can’t comment on the quality.
