After two weeks I am truly impressed with this product. From saline rinse to neti pots my family uses everything to find relief. This nasal irrigator was amazing and a great value for our money since we go through other system fairly quickly. Its so easy to clean and the size makes it so convenient for use. I had to adjust to feeling the first time, but after that it was super comfortable and I was able to breathe easily.

I’ve tried a few nasal irrigation devices but this one is by far the most effective! It’s so cool that it rinses and suctions at the same time because it makes the whole process quicker and cleaner. The adjustable pressure settings are perfect for when you either need it stronger to clear a blockage or softer for just a good rinse out. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time too. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with sinus issues or congestion!

This product is great for people like me who are often congested and stuffy. I struggle with allergies year round. I recently had sinus surgery, and this product helped me a lot with the rinsing, unfortunately the product has a problem, the motor stopped working, costumer service was excellent i emailed them and requested for a replacement and responded quickly. I received the replacement after 3days.

I like this product. When I used Nasal Fresh, I felt like I could clearly breathe for the first time in a long time. I have allergies, and sometimes the air quality is poor in my home city. Also, I do many outdoor activities, so I’ve suffered in silence and wished for relief. Unboxing The Nasal Fresh MD arrived in an easy-opening package. The box has easy-to-use directions with photos; however, inside the box are more detailed directions. Inside the box are the tank, saline packets, the nasal dock, and a charging cord. A plus is that you receive many nasal salt packets to hold you over for a while. After emptying the box, I read the more detailed directions. Per the directions, I charged the NasalFresh MD for approximately 8 hours (overnight). The next morning, I used the product for the first time. Usage The process is easy. You start by filling the tank and stirring in one or two packets of nasal rinse salt. There are three power settings, and I used the gentle setting. Next, I activated the nasal dock and let the cleansing begin. One tiny problem, but not a deal breaker, is that my nostrils are small, so the nasal pillows were a little too big to fit properly. This product makes nasal irrigation easy. After the nasal wash, follow the directions to clean the product. I highly recommend the NasalFresh MD product to those suffering from nasal congestion, allergies, or high pollution or poor air quality.

I purchased mines off of Amazon but as someone who's had a septoplasty surgery back in January, I wish I would've had this following the surgery. This nasa irrigation system has been a game changer for maintaining my sinuses, especially since I also deal with allergies. It's super easy to use, it's very effective and gets the job done. You can literally see the particles in the tank that was lingering in your nose. I love that it's quiet, compact and maintenance is also super simple. This unit has amazing power and works easily. I’m highly impressed with the units overall comfort when using it. I love that it has its own carrying bag. We would like to give this a five star because the prompt customer service definitely made up for the minor delema. When we first ordered this from amazon, it worked wonderful. It helped my husband sleep better at night, and I loved that we could make medicinal waters for it. However, the problem happened when it was time to charge it the first time. The hand devices button no longer functioned after a full recharge time. When we contacted the company they were quick to tell us an alternative way to have temporary function, and just as quick to fix the problem. Thank you so much.
