I wish they’d take “Toronto” out of the logo considering they charge ridiculous duties/fees to have it imported from the States. Clearly many have had this same issue based on reviews.. 0/10 recommend. Feel pretty fleeced as a customer.

I wish they shipped from Canada, given they are a Toronto based company. I was disappointed to see it come from the US. Took longer and cost more due to having to pay duty on top of everything else.

I was very disappointed with the whole payment and shipping process. It wasn't delivered to my address I had to pick it up. It was not free shipping because I had to pay duty and taxes to actually receive my package, and I was charged in American dollars online - its misleading to advertise yourself as a Canadian company because I thought I was supporting local but obviously wasn't.

I was really into the idea of Namastetics. I'm still unsure if they're a Canadian brand or not... Did not appreciate paying for items in USD. Was a lot disappointed by the quality of the liquid genie pant - for the price, it did not seem right.

It was slow to get to me but no duty which was great considering it came from the states
