I ordered $150 USD worth of items and received someone elses order. I have contacted them countless times to get a refund and a return label to send another persons order back and. . . . as below states from the countless reviews doxing the customer service - NOBODY RESPONDS. I want a refund.

Just don’t buy from this brand… it’s a disaster. It’s quite costly and quite of a mess. I regret spending 200 pounds on this. I don’t even have the items.

Unfortunately this seems to be one of those IG brand scams :/ Ordered a full cart of products after getting a ton of ads, but never got my items. My card was charged but no updates on shipping or anything. Customer service does not answer questions. Not sure what is going on with this brand. Total scam. Don't order. They are NOT trustworthy.

Ordered something for my wife on the 27th of November, received an update saying that shipments were delayed a few days later. No problem, it’s a busy time of year. Waited a week to inquire and have done so 3 times now, haven’t gotten a single response from anyone. Now not only are the items probably not going to make it here in time for Christmas, since they still haven’t shipped, but I’m sure the sizes of each item have been long sold out now anyway. Looks like they may have decent products but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any way of getting them after you’ve purchased them.

I wish I read these reviews. I would have never purchased from this company. I ordered my clothes over 3 weeks ago. Charged my card, still haven’t shipped. No warning of a back order or delay. Won’t respond to my emails. Terrible experience!

I just can not believe that I’ve been waiting for Black Friday to see if one the product was looking for was going to be with a special price and surprise yes it was but NAMA increase the price before applying a discount which by the way is even more expensive that if I would have bought before this famous Black Friday, please don’t play with your clients like that, is completely disrespectful to customers.

After a lengthy back and forth regarding sizing, I was repeatedly advised to get a S. thinking Nama would know their products best- I bought this size and it • is • MASSIVE!! The other item arrived pre-worn, covered in stains and make-up. Shane (founder) was very apologetic over this fact and we made an arrangement for replacement to be sent. 6weeks later, he has vanished!! I’ve DM’d :it’s been read but no response, WhatsApp’d :read but no response & emailed- ignored. I have tagged them in comments on IG and whilst others have been responded to- mine was ignored. I am having to open a case through my bank to obtain a full refund. This company and brand are a joke! Horrific customer service, terrible condition of garments on arrival, over priced tat with bizarre sizing! AVOID!

Placed an order over thanksgiving weekend. Payment had been processed. Ordered stated expedited shipping (4 working days). 2.5 weeks later, order has still not been fulfilled. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive any response. Do better Nama!

Ordered from Nama over a month ago. No information on where my orders are. I have tried emailing customer service over 25 times. I have not received any emails back. I have not received my orders and I don't know where they are.

I ordered a workout dress 3 weeks ago. They said standard shipping take 4-8 business days but it’s been 12. No update on my order whatsoever. Really disappointed in this.

I normally don't order clothing online. I thought I would try out this brand because I am pregnant and thought if I ordered a size up it would fit me throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. I received the item and tried it on one time, it was too tight and had trouble getting it off. I returned it to the packaging and couldn't start a return process on their website due to errors with their site. After writing a few emails I finally received a response and then sent back the return once I had confirmation on their end. They will not process it because they accused me of wearing it and said it was covered in hair. It is a black item and I have blonde hair. I did not do anything different than I would have done trying it on in the store. Now they are sending it back to me at my expense! I am furious to say the least and will never order clothing online again.

I asked to cancel my order and have been following up to them and still no response. Can anyone please reach out ? I just need my money back

I have placed an order with NAMA 1 month ago. No shipping information received no product received. Simply a charged credit card with no product. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the team to let me know what is going on either. I would not recommend at this point. I have been left in the dark for over a month.
