AVOID!!! I ordered a necklace and earrings. Supposed to have been sent free earrings but not in parcel. Have emailed frequently, as well as filling in form on website - and no reply at all. No contact phone number! Necklaces are very short - I ordered the longest, and it is not the length stated on website. And is a strange 'gold' colour. Very unhappy. Liked the ethos - if you can believe it.
