I’ve bought from Naledi lots of times and they’re always great. Payment is easy, delivery is on time and packaged really well. In fact I buy my friends gifts from Naledi as I know they’ll be in a box or bag with cute tissue paper and look good. I love that I have a few trees planted now thanks to Naledi so I can offset some of my carbon footprint- something I hadn’t looked into before.

Customer service very good, ordering easy and efficient and items arrived well packaged. However, I’m a little disappointed with the quality of the items, them do not feel as good quality as I have had in the past.
