The website is alway easy to use and paying isn’t a problem, when I had a problem I emailed customer services and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Staff are very helpful and friendly, try their very best to make sure I was happy.

I missed out on the free jewellery box offer a few weeks ago and have been kicking myself ever since, however when I saw the offer for buying one item and getting 2 pairs of earrings free, I ordered the jewellery box straight away!. I have needed something for travelling to take just a few pieces of jewellery with me, and this box was perfect and chic at the same time!…. . I had intended to gift the earrings to my nieces, but I love them too much, so they will have to wait and inherit them instead 🤣

A small issue dealt with very quickly with great communication. Love the jewellery and the fact that you’re helping out a little is great!

Fantastic product for friends birthday & they loved it but disappointing you weren’t able to include a gift note so they knew who the present was from ! even though in the notes section I stated clearly it was a gift and put message included this wasn’t done - shame

I tried to reach out to the customer service, the social media pages and also Shopify but didn’t receive a response. The item was never delivered and honestly at this point I lost all hopes.

One of the pearls came off my earrings and they were super quick to send out a replacement with no hesitation. Amazing service and I’ve only had one of pearls fall off, and they were quick to send me a new set. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
