I placed an order with an out-of-date description. I didn't receive the items I thought I would but the customer service representative mailed it out to me.

I received a good price but the shipping delayed three times. Only 1 delay was due to a weather event which is understandable. It resulted in my not receiving the needed package for a planned event I was attending.

I have concealed carry for my whole adult life! Now that I’m older, it seems the world is crazier! So I decided to carry a Byrna less lethal because there is a greater chance that I may have to use it! My lifetime Carry Firearm is not far from me, but I’m too old to go to prison for somebody else’s stupidity! My new Byrna May keep that from happening to me! I will say, that if I ever used this less lethal launcher, the person probably would say I would’ve rather you shot me with a real gun!

The service I received was good, however, during both my visits the employee had seemed to have low energy and engaged minimally.

We received our order on time, but were surprised to hear a lot of clinking around in the box before opening it. We opened it to find all the extra CO2 cartridges out of their box rolling around and even the cartridges in the launcher’s container were loose. There was no extra paper or bubble wrap of any kind in the box, just the several items we ordered seemingly thrown in and the box taped up. Just letting you know how our shipment arrived. We had emailed your customer service with this same information earlier in the week. Order #33616424

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. He explained so many things about the Byrna, the projectiles & the target I bought. I will be back when I need more supplies.
