Insane. Product not received. scam !!!

It's alright to Take longer for shipping, No Problem. The package wasn't complete. I explained, i don't want it anymore ans instead of sending me the Rest of the order, they could Just send me a Return Label because of the Missing Things. It was a few Mails Back and forth because they didn't understand, i don't want another size or anything Else and insist i have to pay for returning because of the Policy. I Said, the 14 days time for returning Starts AS soon as i get the Rest of my Order, then i will send everything Back immediatly. Still waiting for the Rest. The responses before i ordered were pretty quick and good, after my order somehow Like nobody even ready my Mail Just the First wird's and took longer.

J’ai demandé un remboursement, on m’a transmis toutes les informations de renvoi. Mon colis est arrivé chez vous il y a 20j et je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelle de celui ci malgré l’envoi de mail.

Cinstant chasing for an order, robotic answers from staff that dont have a clue and then finally order arriv3s and part of it is missing, then told the item would arrive and get sent item delivered to find its to an address in France e a d im in the uk, never again!

J'aurais aimé mettre un meilleur commentaire mais ma dernière commande est noté livré alors que je n'ai absolument rien reçu. J'avais contacté le service client par mail en ne voyant pas ma commande arrivé il y a quelques jours mais je n'ai aucune réponse de leur part. Dommage la première fois que j'avais passé commande la livraison était longue mais au moins j'avais reçu le contenu. Et malgré le fait qu'un des ensembles était de plutôt mauvaise qualité, j'étais quand même suffisamment satisfaite pour retenter une commande. Ce coup ci je suis vraiment déçu. J'espère être contacté par le service client pour résoudre ce problème. . . en tout cas vous savez où me joindre puisque je suis spamé de mail m'invitant à acheter sur le site.

Ich habe 3 Setz bestellt und leider kam kein einziges in der richtigen Größe an. Ich hätte es verstehen können wenn bei einem Set mal ausversehen bei dem Slip oder bei dem BH eine falsche Größe gekommen wär aber bei 3 Sets kamen jemals Slip und BH in der falschen Größe an, ich verstehen nicht wie sowas passieren kann, wirklich schade. Ich hatte Glück das sie noch so einigermaßen passten. Die 3 Sterne gibt es nur weil die Unterwäsche wirklich schön ist und eine super Qualität hat und wenn die passenden Größen angekommen wären dann hätte ich auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne gegeben.
