I receive the colis too late so i send you a message actually before the colis arrive. I send you a mail for make a return because i need this product for an event but the event pass and still dont receive my order so i make u a mail for ake a return and you never reply me. Its writing on your website on the conditions that its possible to make a refund or a return but its a lie you are scammers

Online store is great, pictures and models are beautiful so are your products. The sizing was not as clear as I would have liked though. Being able to see a size chart with measurements would be preferable. I ordered a small and both the bottoms and garter were too big for my girlfriend, will probably have to have them modified

Hello, The delivery was delayed by several weeks, and I was unable to properly track its progress, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, a complimentary item (a nightgown) that was supposed to be included in my order was missing from the package. I would therefore appreciate if you could: * send the missing item as soon as possible, or * offer an alternative solution (partial refund or commercial gesture).
