They honor that request and package it safely for shipping only, without all of the extra paper and labels. I love this soap, doesn’t dry out my skin and smells amazing. My son is sensitive to many soaps and they break him out however Nailahs lavender mint soap cleared up the breakout and didn’t dry out his skin at all, definitely will be purchasing more.
