Horrible customer service and terrible packaging for such an expensive and delicate dress.

This dress is not wearable. I had the most painful experience wearing it. My upper arm where it touches the fabric was scratched and was super red. I was in pain and discomfort the whole time. Truly waste of money

I have returned my order a month ago and still haven’t received the refund. I have emailed the company but have not heard back from them. Please help me with this issue. I would like my refund back as soon as possible.
