Very disappointed cos i ordered a dress and it got lost during shipping so i never got my dress and i really wanted the dress 😕

I am absolutely appalled. For someone who has such expensive clothing items, quite frankly, some of them really aren’t actually worth it. The fact that your customer service is absolutely horrendous, is disappointing.

I need to return the red dress, but nobody is contacting me from your company. Please help.

I would give zero stars if I could. I returned a $500+ jumpsuit to Nadine Merabi over a month ago, and I STILL haven’t received my refund. Their customer service is a complete joke—no responses, no updates, nothing. They were happy to take my money, but when it comes to returning it, they’ve completely disappeared. This company clearly does not care about its customers. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually values customer service and honors their refund policy. I will never buy from them again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this brand. Absolutely disgraceful.

I bought the jumpsuit and wore it only once for a formal dinner and I was throwing out my laces throughout the entire dinner. The laces pulled out all the lace under the sleeves and it is impossible to re-wear the piece that I paid almost $500 for. The design is really nice but the quality is the worst. I wrote to the company but if you wore the piece even once they don't care and they won't change the piece or give you your money back. The jumpsuit has threads sticking out everywhere because the quality is awful. It's really not worth it. . . what a disappointment. Really, don't waste your money. It's not worth investing almost $500 in a piece that will get damaged when you put it on for the first time just to sit down at a table. Aside from the embarrassment I felt leaving the sequins that came out everywhere and having all the threads sticking out with the clothes you're wearing at a formal dinner, it's really embarrassing. I spent a very uncomfortable night. Not to mention that the company doesn't care at all about taking responsibility for the products it sells. I will never buy anything from this brand again in my life. What a waste of money and what a shame.

Delivered in a timely manner

The product took so long to arrive that I am unable to return it. It really makes no sense to me, and I am unable to get any response from the company.

Terrible customer service

Awful/ nonexistent customer service. My white dress came with red lines around the waist and pockets, assuming from marking the material when cutting. I emailed the company in hopes of getting a replacement dress shipped asap and not getting charged for return shipping. It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received any response. I tried contacting them on social media platforms, comments on their pages and was not able to get any response. They also don’t provide a phone number so there is no way to just call them. Awful experience, would expect this out of SHEIN, not a luxury brand.
