Your product is great, but not made for small ears

I ordered the Harris PIT for my new radio. When keying up, it is hit or miss as far as transmitting out. Not sure if I got a lemon because my PIT for the Motorola radio worked flawlessly.

The ear tips provided are awful. If you’re in a stadium with 55000 people, you won’t be able to hear the radio traffic since the ear tip is meant for you to hear everything in your surrounding area. The other mushroom tip blocks all of the outside noise, which is a concern since you won’t be able to hear someone approaching you. If only there was a third ear tip where it can block some noise, but not all of it completely.

Great System

Upgraded my basic mic and inner ear piece with this. The small ear insert is barely noticeable yet comes out super clear. I can hear my surroundings so much better and dont have a sore ear by the end of the shift. The mic is good too. Im told I come through clearly while using it and it doesn't seem impacted by windy conditions. Not sure how I could ever go back to the old style after getting this one. We'll done!

Great earpiece no complaints works better than the old style earpieces

Fit is wonderful and sound is clear and crisp. Only issue is an audible clicking sound every time another radio is coming on the air.

It is extremely comfortable in my ear. In fact, I often forget it is in my ear. The sound quality is great. I originally purchased the Ear hero and was not happy with it. Other officers recommended n ear and I’m very happy with this one.

I was skeptical about seeing the product online, yet I was searching for a good in-ear to use for the pack I used to hear my artist while on tour. Lightweight, crystal clear, and easy to wear. I also wear a double headset for my radio so the slim design is perfect.

Amazing and practically forget Im wearing it.

Been using reaper kit for about 2 years now and still love it. Comfortable and it works. I haven’t missed fighting with my old tube style ear piece. I would definitely buy it again!

Great sound quality.

They're ok. The sound quality is, for lack of a better term, "airy". Like a lot of static or air sound in the background. Also, the earpiece seems to hang over the center of the top of my ear rather than between my ear and head. It seems like the earpiece was meant to go in my other ear but it wasn't side specific when I ordered it. Lastly, the black round rubber piece that goes over the earpiece came out during the first time I used it and it's lost forever. Went to get a replacement for it on the website and they are expensive for a little piece of rubber.

Amazing shopping. Quick and painless and everything promised

I love the product. The only negative I have is past ones have had the wire splitting. Which means I have to buy a new one every 3 to 6 months. Hoping the new one I bought lasts longer.
