N-ear surpassed my expectations in every way, from ordering to customer service. It truly is an amazing product and company.

Best setup I have ever used. It's easy to forget this is on. It is well made and I've even bought a few for my law enforcement friends.

Amazing product, amazing service. I ordered the wrong item and they took care of the exchange expeditiously. Love it.

Great company with the best products. When I say the best I mean it . No other company has even come close to N ear . I also like they are in my home town of Tampa Bay .

Love the ear peice mic is intermitent and i dont have much movement out of it i will be ordering another mic

Love it! It does exactly what I need it to do. Cheaper options hurt your ear after extensive use and the sound quality is poor. N-Ear has the best sound quality and is very clear, best of all you don’t even know it’s in your ear. I only have to have the volume dial on slightly.

Forms perfectly to the ear and feels like nothings there. Super comfortable and light weight

Excellent quality and clarity. The comfort of this earpiece is amazing, You forget you are even wearing an earpiece. The customer service from N-ear was excellent! I have always used a traditional earpiece with the sound tube, which often times gets moisture in the tube, preventing sound from reaching your ear. Since this product doesn't use the same outdated system, there is no concerns of missing an important update or transmission over the radio.

Great ear piece for covert operations and very comfortable to wear

I love the company and their products. I would love for replacement parts to be cheaper, but that's my only complaint and I have been using them for years.

Connector to the ear piece has dead spot and doesnt seem to sit all the way in. There are times i hear traffic from other people and i try to key up and i dont even hear the key up tone or bonk. I have to tap or slightly rotate the ear piece connector and then traffic will start coming in. Will not be continuing to use this. Hoping your radio works and finding out your alone is a world of s*** i do not want my equipment being respondible for.

Nice quality but the earpiece cord is too short. Renders it useless. Money wasted.

While the physical connection fit, it did not make it compatible with standard 3. 5mm jacks. Caused my standard earpiece to heat up and come through garbled when this cable was plugged into the Motorola NMN6274.

Ordered a pair of clips and there was a mix up when they were delivered. Reached out to In-ear about the mistake. They had it corrected and fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend this company. Great products, fantastic customer service, and top notch quality.

By far the best product since I joint the law enforcement career and customer service is A++

Being able to have secure comms and good situational awareness has been a game changer

Comfortable can’t even feel it great sound quality

Being a smaller officer, I appreciated the ability to not have a big shoulder/lapel mic to mess with or come unclipped at inopportune time. I've used other brands in the past and the one-size-fits-all ear molds always made my ear hurt. I appreciate this small ear piece and tidy appearance that is clean, professional, and best of all, crystal clear audio. Amanda was great to work with in making sure I got the exact correct items I needed for my radio and set up, which I appreciated because wow there were a lot of options on the Web site. Thank you!

Awesome earpiece and mic. Very clear. Wish I would have gotten it much sooner.

My employer uses some fairly old radio models (mostly Motorola xpr6500-xpr7500) and I was looking for an earpiece that wouldn't clog up with water in humid weather. This adapter/earpiece has done exactly what was advertised, giving me clear and audible comms in the worst conditions. Much appreciated.
