Ordered a pair of clips and there was a mix up when they were delivered. Reached out to In-ear about the mistake. They had it corrected and fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend this company. Great products, fantastic customer service, and top notch quality.

Being a smaller officer, I appreciated the ability to not have a big shoulder/lapel mic to mess with or come unclipped at inopportune time. I've used other brands in the past and the one-size-fits-all ear molds always made my ear hurt. My employer uses some fairly old radio models (mostly Motorola xpr6500-xpr7500) and I was looking for an earpiece that wouldn't clog up with water in humid weather. This adapter/earpiece has done exactly what was advertised, giving me clear and audible comms in the worst conditions. Much appreciated.

I’ve had the ear piece for about a week and it continues to fall out. Not sure what’s wrong maybe the ear piece isn’t big enough. They do supply a bigger inner earpiece but that causes me not to be able to fully hear in that ear. But I will say, the coms for the earpiece are the most clear I have heard and when the ear piece doesn’t fall out I can’t feel it or even notice it is there.

You can’t feel it in your ear. Sometimes I have to check to make her it’s in my ear because it’s so light.

These ear pieces are very comfortable and low profile. They stay in place while moving

I’ve had such bad luck with in ear radios before but this is amazing. Clear, comfortable, takes a bit of getting used to finding the right spot to clip it to my collar but overall I love it.

I bought a cheaper ear piece and I ended up not using. Hearing the reviews about N ear I too the plung and wear it all12 hours without any discomfort.

Great earpiece although the ring to sleeve short in the plug caused a few issues, thankfully managed to modify the socket to only provide mono audio and now works fine
