Love the customer service with zumio... They took care of my problem right away!!!! Im in love with my zumio and i wouldnt trade it for the world!!!

Customer Service is 2nd to none. I reported a defect and submitted the required information and within two days I had a replacement at my doorstep. Love the product also

I had an issue with my Zumio X and sent an e-mail to the customer service department and to my surprise I received a response within 10 minutes from a customer service representative willing to help resolve the problem I was having. After several emails back and forth and submitting a video outlining the problem and a photo of the serial number on my Zumio X the customer service representative explained that my Zumio was defective and she would be approving a request for a replacement and get a new one in the mail in a matter of days. I was very shocked but definitely happy with the level of customer service - it's rare nowadays to find a company that provides such a wonderful product as well as such great customer service as well ! I will continue to purchase Zumio products and highly recommend them.

Bought 2 for my wife. The "X" Model as well as the "E". It has become our go to during lovemaking. Though orgasms have always been fantastic, this type of vibrator has taken her to a new level.
