I love Zumio! The stem on my first one came out, after several years & due to my error. I replaced it with 2 new units & all I can say is WOW! These are different than my First Zumio & they are great. I’m glad I tried different models & my goal is to have one of each. They offer different sensations but oh, the results are amazing! It’s great to have a choice, depending on how I’m feeling. These are the best products on the market!

There was an issue with my battery(it happens) and I was amazed how responsive and customer friendly the help line was. That day they processed a replacement, wow. I have dealt with many toy companies and this one really cares. You have a customer for life! Hands down one of the best products on the market.
