Wonderful experience! I live in a notoriously difficult county to work with when obtaining a fence permit. I was struggling to get a site plan together and hesitated to purchase a package with MySitePlan until my neighbor told me he used them as well and was approved by the county. Christian was the best. Less than 2 days after payment, he sent me a site plan. It was rejected by the county because there were no setbacks (no his fault) and after sending him a plat of my neighborhood, he added them quickly and I was approved after a month of trying on my own. Well worth the money.

Using the My Site Plan website was extremely easy and I obtained exactly what I needed the same day. I would recommend this service any time!

I’m starting to use this service more than ever because they are very quick in getting crucial details to me that helps In the bidding process' as well as in the permitting stage. They may not be the best if competing with a high end engineering firm, but until that point, they are great and inexpensive, considering that they often can point out a potential problem which may have caused a time-consuming, and costly issue.
