On 10/3/2017 I got an email saying my order was being cancelled and my money refunded. 10 days later they shipped my order after I opened a PayPal Claim.

I ordered three Rustica copper mirrors in extra large size and was not disappointed. My choice of copper patina was dark coffee and the were precisely what I wanted. Mirror frames were even little bid darker than the one on the image but I understood that applying finishing is a manual process with random effect which cannot be designed nor predicted prior to creating it. My copper mirrors were delivered as freight in a wooden crate well protected. Delivery time was slightly longer than they indicated but I am OK with it understanding the mirrors were shipped to the US from Mexico.

I have called numerous times trying to get someone to respond to me about how to spend my point I have accumulated, and can not get any help. The range hood, bathroom sinks, and kitchen sink I have ordered I am very happy with but would like to get more from you and would like to use my points.

I bought a copper sink and 48" range hood. I couldn't have asked for 2 better looking items. If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom look no further. My only small complaint is the sink isn't sloped enough toward the drain so water doesn't completely drain out. Small price to pay though. Will buy again.

My kitchen is eleven feet tall so obviously it needed a high range hood even taller than the standard 54 inches. There was no problem to have it custom made 64 and it cost me $200 extra what is fine. Delivery was longer than anticipated and we had to wait five weeks for my range hood to shop up at my house.

The mirror itself, is strong and as seen. It is a beautiful piece for our guest bath. But when hanging it, there were not handing brackets so our person had to take it to a welder and make something. That and the peeling paint that we will have to correct made it a so-so choice. But we paid $975 each for mirrors in our master bath and I do wonder if it was worth spending the extra money to have a turn-key operation. I would think hanging pins for the mirror to be hung with and having a finish that does not peel off would be something to expect.

The mirror frame was beautiful. The mirror itself was broken and the frame was dented in on corner. I replaced the mirror at my own cost.

This copper tub was my first and last choice. We are remodeling our bathroom in hacienda style full of rustic hand made products. We have already two copper sinks with the counter and metal mirror. My floor is made of red clay tiles from Mexico and this copper tub patina is beautifully blending with their color. The tub was shipped in wooden crate and dropped by the carrier on my driveway. Transaction with Rustica House went smoothly and the tub delivered without any scratch on the copper.

This metal range hood was what we needed for our kitchen island. I love forged iron straps bolted to the hood. We ordered 36 inches wide and customized height to 48". It was delivered from Mexico in a wooden crate and pallet five weeks after we placed the order. I am happy customer and recommend Rustica House for their professional help in designing our range hood and the highest quality workmanship.

My Mexican iron chandelier was delivered well packed in a large carton and dropped in front of our house. Once we unpacked it we wee amazed how beautiful it was. There are a lot of details that are not visible on the chandelier photo. It is made of a lot of elements that are welded together and hammered strokes making it more colonial. I recommend this company and their chandeliers from Mexico. There is no way to compare it with the fixtures sold in retail locally. We order our chandelier in black iron and custom diameter.

We ordered two oval copper mirrors for our main bathroom. Both in natural fired finish to match our copper counter hoping they would look same. Well, they are not exactly look same and it is not their fault, we should buy our mirrors and the counter from them or the other vendor. Just to remind any potential buyer buy your stuff from a single supplier under the same order so they can make all copper items with the same finish.

I ordered my range hood in dark finishing they way it was finished on the page photo and was not disappointed even though in reality it looks somehow darker. In fact we like the one we received better as it is contrasting more with our kitchen cabinet color drawing even more attention as a focal point. It was delivered in a wooden box on the pallet. The delivery track left it in front of our garage on the driveway.

Our house has Southern flavor and this hacienda copper range hood was the perfect choice. We order it in natural copper patina color which is lighter from our cabinets. Kitchen floor is made of terra cotta tiles from Mexico with wide dark spaces filled up with darker cement similar to the furniture. Pour hacienda range hood is wall mount and it was prepared for our fan unit that we had to install after the delivery. The fan ventilation equipment was purchased online from Broan brand and there was no problem with putting it in. I whish I could add some photos of our kitchen to this review. We are pleased with our choice and the product quality.

I was surprised when they offered making my tablet-tops from plywood instead of MDF and not charging extra. We were furnishing our restaurant down in Texas and I needed really strong table-tops while copper was our choice. They are painted underneath with oil paint making them usable outdoors. If all works well within a year we are considering buy more of them for our outdoor patio. I am satisfied buyer.
