Shipping was great and service is very good. RevAir kept me notified through each stage of the process, even during the holidays.

I did watch (from my parked car in the driveway) the FedEx delivery person forcibly drop the shipment to the ground from and get embarrassed when I opened the door behind him. But he didn't know that what was inside was a costly item. I would suggest signage that says fragile or handle with care on the delivery box.

The RevAir gave me one of the best blow outs that I have achieved by myself! No breakage, no heat damage, and my hair was not dry nor stiff. My only fault with the RevAir is the price!

The dryer is very good, but exceedingly noisy… high decibel . . potential heating loss. .

The dryer is expensive, bulky and heavy. It takes a long time for my hair to dry. But I do feel that the lack of high heat and absence of combs and attachments ripping through my fine hair fulfills the promise of a far less damaging blow dry.

I bought it for my woman. . . . she loves it!!
