I actively tell people about the $400 hair dryer I purchased for her. It works well as a brag as I know all these other basic 🐩es aren't buying $400 hair dryers for themselves, much less anyone else. It does legitimately save my wife time in her schedule, and is pretty revolutionary as these folks are the only proper company doing anything like this.

It really only works for 3b hair or straighter. My son has 3c and I have to use really small sections at a high setting to get mediocre results. My wife has 3a/3b hair and it works pretty well on a 6 power level. I have 4c hair, and at its highest setting it just compacts the sections together and dries it. There is no stretch or anything similar to the blow out my wife had.

I have the first gen rev 1. Rev 2 is definitely an upgrade when considering strength of suction and noise. The only caveat is the length of the hose is shorter, causing me to maneuver my head and body to get the proper reach.
