The machine is heavy and clunky. Black woman deserve for our beauty routines to be full of ease. I should not feel like I am using a shop vac on my hair and be exhausted from the process because the tool is so burdensome. It takes up a lot of space and is an eye-sore. My hair was incredibly dry after using. This took MORE time and effort than traditional hair drying, which if you take care of your hair and use heat protectants, is a perfectly fine alternative. I will be returning this it hurt my hair, my finances, my physical body, and my home's feng shui.

It's not worth the hype in my opinion. Shave a few minutes off the drying time. . . sure. It's too bulky and loud. Will be returning the dryer

Not sure what to say so giving the same rating as with the dryer. The only thing is that the oil that came with the dryer was open (the box was open) when I got it.
