Found one of my mod packets was missing a sting relief wipe after my kid got stung at the playground. I contacted MyMedic and they promptly sent me an entire new mod packet and 5 sting relief wipes. Customer service like this is hard to come by!

After damn near cutting the tip of my thumb off and running around the house looking for a First Aid Kit and finding a barely-band-aid, I decided to get a good first aid kit, especially after finding out I could use HSA money. First I bought the Recon Pro, Hiking Medic, and a few extra ZZIPS just to see if the My Medic company was as good as it looked on the Web. With living more than 45 minutes to the nearest hospital, 20 minutes for the closest ambulance (plus the 45 minute drive after), I wanted more. So I bought the Wound Closure Kit, some burn aid stuff, some extra survival stuff, and a My FAK (bag only) to hold all the extra stuff I got. With the Molle Strap system on all the bags, I married them together and it turned out pretty good. Now to explain my 4 star rating… Everything looks great and well put together, but, without actually using or testing the product, I don’t really know for sure…so that’s why it’s not a 5. I placed both orders on a Friday night and received them within a week…not too bad. All in all, this seems to be a pretty solid med pack and company and would recommend them.

I luv my 1st and 2nd 1st aid kits from My Medic. No thought needed as to what shld be in the kits. Plus, refills are available. They have manners and respond to questions. I have no med experience. I know value when I see it

Wonderfully constructed and equipped med kit. I got one for my car and one to keep at home so my family always a proper first aid kit at the ready. My hope is that we never have to use it, but I'm glad we're prepared. Ordering was easy and the kits shipped fast. I'll certainly be back for refills if/when we need them.
