As I am a Canadian from Canada, these items are more costly for me in US dollars, but I have not found a similar product in Canada yet.

Works better than OTC pads. Pain level depends on type of shoes I am wearing.

This really helps correct my middle hammer toe. I can see that I will need to replace this relatively often, because it bends to your foot and gets gross. So buy more than one.
