She explained all of the products she had recommended in depth and left me feeling confident she knew what she was talking about. Products were shipped really quickly and although there was one wrong product sent I had a response to my query within 20 minutes despite it being after 5pm and the correct product shipped the next day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
