Great customer support

Excellent service as always. I love that the medical experience is merged with excellent advice

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr Face from start to finish! The website is absolutely brilliant – it’s so easy to navigate, packed with clear, helpful information about all treatments, pricing is transparent, and booking an appointment took just a couple of minutes. Everything feels professional, trustworthy and well-organised right from the first click. A huge special thank you to Michelle too! She looked after me so beautifully during my visit. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and explain every step fully, never made me feel rushed, and gave honest, personalised advice rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. She’s warm, kind, calming and so skilled – I felt completely relaxed and in safe hands the whole time. I couldn’t recommend Dr Face more highly, and Michelle is such an asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling all my friends!
