I’ve had my new Essentia mattress for a few months now and I am still enjoying the feel of such quality support. My journey to this purchase started with a call, then another call, then a video/FaceTime call and ended with a chat to last minute switch my firmness choice. At each point I was given the time and attention to make my best decision. Purchasing sight unseen is stressful but Essentia made it work!

We placed a high bar for our mattress purchase. A low profile, high performing, environmentally aligned mattress. Every member of the Essentia team with whom we worked helped guide us to the optimal choice. What was great become better when we chose to change our mattress for one with slightly different attributes…Essentia made it happen with ease and we could not be happier. What matters as much as the mattress that resides on our bed are the memories of the journey that allowed it to happen. Best wishes to Essentia on your 18th Anniversary, well deserved!

The customer's service representatives were cordial, resourceful, and satisfied my request. My essential bed is no longer made, so this took some extra detective work, which I appreciate!

Only bed I’d have my kids sleep on.

We bought White Glove Delivery for the REM9 mattress and the Veterbase foundation each. There were some confusing calls, texts and emails from the logistics company in North Carolina that was going to do the actual delivery, install, and old mattress removal. Our Essentia sales person, Ester, was right on top of this as well as Vanessa at Essentia Customer Care. Whenever it was not clear when the logistics company was to call to arrange a time for delivery or when an appointment needed to be scheduled or rescheduled, Vanessa worked her magic and I would get a call from the logistics company within the hour. The mattress and mattress foundation were delivered, unpackaged, installed and the old mattress and box spring were removed. And we have a lovely new bed!

We have had our REM5 mattress a few weeks and I am so happy about the purchase. It replaces a 6 yo Temperpedic that lost its support. What is very special compared to prior mattresses is the cradling of pressure points to provide extreme comfort. I love how it feels! Chose the medium support and added 3 inch thickness. Perfection! Also enjoying the shredded latex pillow. Oddly perfect too!

I love my organic mattress topper because it is so very comfortable and I feel good knowing it is organic!

I ordered a second mattress. Customer Service is great. Very responsive. Follows up. Just overall good experience with Essentia. Had some trouble with FedEx delivery, not Essentia's fault, but even throughout my FedEx troubles, Customer Service was very attentive.

Quick delivery, well packaged.

First - amazing customer service... so helpful and they followed up to make sure the delivery and the mattress were excellent. It was my first time sleeping on memory foam and what a difference. My Oura ring sleep scores for Deep sleep and REM sleep doubled. I also went from having restless sleep to minimal movements. I now sleep through the night without waking up. I am also happy to know my mattress is organic and has EMF protection

Once we ordered our mattress we figured out we also needed better pillows. To be fair, I've been on a quest to find the perfect pillow and have bought six different options ranging from feather to latex. Thats six pair, one for my wife and one for me. We started with the Cloud, as a back sleeper this is still my favorite. We also have the Spa pillows, which really encouraged good sleep posture, but some times I still like to put my arms above my head and thats not possible with the formed pillow. If I could change anything, both pillows seem too small for our split king bed. I was excited to see the new loose fill pillow in king size, it seemed like it perfect option and I bought more. I always take my cloud pillow on trips so it seemed perfect to leave them in the RV. I was really let down when the new pillows came in, how could the perfect pillow in a larger size not be the perfect pillow anymore? Turns out it wasn't the Cloud pillow it was a fuller Comfort pillow. Not my preference. It has significantly more filling. I thought maybe I /it could adjust over time, but its not a great match for me. Essentia reached out to follow up on our experience and they really impressed me with wanting to make it right. No, we didn't give these to the dogs, they got their own Essentia Doggie mattresses. Maybe the kids will like them? I'm sticking with my favorite of the group -> Definitely the Cloud.

Stellar comfort, customer service, delivery and website resources. We are in our 60’s and have noticed significant improvements with our sleep. We are much more comfortable - resulting in less tossing & turning, my husband’s arm no longer falls asleep when he is on his right side, I have remarkably less allergies and we each have had a significant reduction of aches and pains. We appreciate the eco-friendly (non-toxic) aspects of the mattress and that there is no odor. We attended a 3 week health program at Hippocrates Wellness Institute and heard Jack, the founder of Essentia, speak about the importance of, and many aspects of sleep, including his research and commitment to making an organic, supportive & comfortable mattress. We had the opportunity to sleep on the Essentia mattress at Hippocrates and made the decision to invest in one. We highly recommend the Essentia mattress.

I usually don't leave reviews but I'm truly impressed and thankful for the customer service I received. Originally, I purchased the travel pillow for my husband as a gift. I liked it so much that I made another purchase for myself! Although there was a hiccup along the way, they were quick to respond, generous and professional. As for those complaining about their products, I would keep in mind that the products are high quality but may not be your preference. For me, that is not a reason to leave a bad review. I trust this company and look forward to purchasing in the future.
