I'm more than halfway through my custom cleanse and I'm beyond pleased with the program and results so far. With a bit of planning and routine, the plan is easy to follow and keeps me completely satiated. I have so much to say: 1) I have to RAVE about the shakes. The PB is delicious and I can't wait to try to mochaccino! 2) I love that this is truly customized to my metabolic needs. I know this because I asked several questions and all were validated. 3) I doubted that I would stick with it especially that I wouldn't drink alcohol for this long, but I have!! The results and the feeling of a clean and shrinking gut are enough to keep me motivated. I'm looking forward to incorporating the things I've learned into my life going forward.

I highly recommend a Custom Cleanse. I was feeling sluggish, bloated, and was putting on a few extra pounds. I have tried several cleanses, and shakes and was either starving, or had negative effects (bloating, gas).
