Amazing! I just finished my 15 day cleanse and all I have to say is wow. I am a mom of a very active toddler and a medically complex infant, needless to say, my life is chaotic. I was nervous going into my cleanse that I would be hungry, or not have the time to cook for my plan, but boy was I wrong. With a little meal prep and creativity when it came to spices I had so many options for meals - I was never hungry or bored! This was the best thing I could have done for myself.
