I ordered a chess set as a staff appreciation gift on a weekend and Dan e-mailed me right back. I had a lot of questions since I have never used My Chess Sets and Dan was quick to get back and customized it to all of my preferences. We gave it to the staff person and he absolutely loved the set. The inscription was beautiful and the chess set although reasonably priced, looked very expensive and luxurious.
