Received the Biohacker set and the Lions Mane and Reisha have definitely had a significant positive impact on my sleep and my focus upon waking. The Turkey Tail has had a moderate impact on my digestive system too. I haven’t noticed any impacts from the other two formulas so I will probably opt for the Zen pack next time I order.
