Always such good service, They always answer questions and are so helpful. They are very patient, no matter who is helping you. Their food is high quality and tasty. I have some same favorites I repeatedly order.

I appreciate having more meals to choose from than are offered to me on BistroMD (low sodium). I do wish there was a way to have a shipment every THREE weeks rather than one or two. I would say the meals are good--sorta flavorless in some cases, partly because of the sodium restrictions.

The meals are delicious! It seems like there aren't as many options on the "Balance" menu as there are in the regular BistroMD menu. Also, it would be nice to get an email reminder to customize our Balance menu before our the order processes.

I tried this food delivery service to be able to give recommendations to my senior clients on prepared meals that meet their dietary needs. By trying BistroMD meals it has shown me that the food is delicious and is filling for a senior. The only problem I had was the weekly meal plans. Balance by BistroMD is much better because when they are vacationing or visiting their family, they can just not order that week. They can choose all breakfasts if they want. They can choose only to get 4 meals instead of the plan meals. This a la carte is much better for some of my clients. So far you are on the top of my list.

With Balance, I can get the meals I like when I like. I can try meals I have not had before to see if I like them and then only order the meals that I enjoy eating. Unlike some meal plans, Balance has a great "balance" of ingredients in each meal and the meals are satisfying, unlike other plans where you finish a meal and you are still hungry.

I really like the Frittatas, especially if they come with sausage.

They do a pretty good job. Sometimes they make them a bit too healthy though and I feel it takes away from the pleasure potential. One of the better companies ies for sure.

I tend to be a picky eater, but was pleasantly surprised at how good this one is. Will be in my regular order from now on.

I really enjoy this new meal. It's nice having the Turkey Sausage in the frittata for good flavor and extra protein. And the Butternut Squash is a really nice unexpected side that tastes real good.

This is a wonderful place to order meals, Delicious food! I have been ordering for a few years now. They have great customer service, and your food is always packaged well. It also doesn't take that long to arrive. I highly recommend!

This is a pretty good meal, once in awhile the meat has a bit too much fat. The eggs are always cooked well. And the little potatoes are delicious. Over all it is a good breakfast, sometimes I will even have it for dinner.
