I appreciate being able to choose from a selection of low carb meals. Most are flavorful and filling. I appreciate the variety and that they are frozen.

Given how many meal plan / delivery programs there are available now, I was initially skeptical of Balance (would it be *that* much better than the rest?). However, I was incredibly positively surprised. The meals are delicious, and there are so many of them to try! I love the variety of healthy options available. I prefer meals with high protein, low-to-moderate carb meals, and there is no shortage of them. I’m glad to have taken a chance on Balance, and I encourage others to do the same!

This is the first meal delivery service that I have found that meets my needs. I can get low calorie and low sodium and the food is delicious! Customer service is excellent They deal with issues quickly and professionally.

Like the meal selection and the generous balance between the protein and vegetable variety. Like the low caloric count without all the sauces lumped on top to bring flavor (and calories) to the meal.

Meals are all so good. I cannot eat the whole meal at one sitting! I need to be gluten free and there are many choices. I highly recommend!

I've ordered twice now and have loved everything so far! I was using another food delivery service, but because of health issues I have to track how much calcium I'm consuming. (Not alot of places offer that information). I gave Balance meals a try because they have that information for every meal. So happy to have found them!

Teriyaki Chicken Sliders are my favorite of all the meals available. The chicken is so tender and the relish is a perfect match. Also love the sweet potato cut like fries - they aren't crunchy but I still feel like I get to "cheat" on my diet.

Most of the food is delicious. I didn’t care for the meatloaf or the beef and cheese sliders.

Appreciate the recyclable packing and hot ice instead of gel packs. Fedx placed the box on it’s side and I have reported it to their company. The selection of dinner is good.
