The service was excellent all the way through the process. When I went to pick up my guitar I was able to get it out of the box and put it in my gig bag immediately and they cleared up the cardboard. I really appreciated that. They were very prompt as well. I paid in the early afternoon and picked it up just before they closed, the same day.
