Murray’s Cremeux de Bourgogne is always a luxurious treat.

I have never had cheeses of this quality. Particularly enjoyed High Plains Cheddar and Young Manchego. My gusts enjoyed the cheeses I served that day, Baby Brie and Comte - aged 18 months.

Gruyere was fine.
