Crackers were a perfect accompaniment to the cheeses. Crisp and not so strong they cover up the flavor of the cheese.

Simply divine. Made this nyd and will be doing so every year now. Scoured the top and topped with shallots, fig jam, walnuts, and white wine and then baked for 30 min, which turned it into basically fondue. Enjoyed with some roasted veg and bread. Heavenly.
