A very straightforward purchase with a speedy delivery of the lovely products.

Clear and easy website. But you send far too many emails to me. Plus all these emails and no discount codes and no point system. If the emails said … oh you purchase X cream every 3 months and here is a voucher then fine. But up to 3 emails a day advertising other stuff is too much.

I find the website very easy to use amd has great information about the products. Delivery was quick. There is lots of products and I love how the colour coded products are for each different skin concern. I found this really useful as you know the products work well together

Very happy. Items arrived very quickly. Free sample had dried up so I was sent another which arrived the next day. Great customer service. Very affective products.

I’ve only been using the product for a week so can’t comment on long term results just yet. I use it mainly as a neck and jawline cream and have faith in the eventual results. I use this product as highly recommended by India Knight

Customer care from Murad was faultless. I was excited to try the serum and had high hopes but unfortunately it made my skin dry and really aged me! Have had to stop using it. This is probably my skin and NOT the Murad product. Just didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Great service and great products

Murad is one of the best skin care that works for me. Apart from being expensive it’s contents are build on a maximum level to help with my sturbon hyperpigmentation. I’ve tried previously the travel kit and it worked. Now I’ve bought the full size products and it’s still the same quality and last longer. With murad a little goes a long way.

Amazing products. Especially the dark spot correcting vitamin C serum is amazing. I feel my skin is getting brighter day by day. Would be convenient if it would be available in small or mini packing as well, as the full size one is quite pricey.

Fast delivery and great samples with the order. Murad is now my "go to" for skincare as it just really agrees with me. The products do what they say!

Amazing skincare products!! I have tried AHA/BHA cleanser and their Vitamin C range!! Love the results!! A bit pricey but worth it! 😍

The products are fab but the customer service is abysmal. I ordered late one evening and forgot to add my free sample so emailed immediately to have it added. I received a reply the next morning to say it was too late to amend. Good customer service would be to simply send a sample separately - what is the price of a first class stamp to keep a returning customer. I was sent a survey to rate how my query was treated but did not even receive a response to my comments. It makes me think twice about using Murad now as looking after customers is obviously not important to you.
