Product great delivery fast and well packed just a wee bit pricey for an O.A.P. But unfortunately it’s the grey haired ladies that need the creams 😉

Already my skin looks plumper after two weeks

Ordering is a very smooth process and I always receive my items quickly. The products are great and actually work. My only issue is that I would like to be able to purchase smaller sized products in everything. Murad is quite a luxury brand and I can see why, as their products are effective however, I find them quite expensive when buying full sized so I would prefer to buy less at a cheaper price. I know you can do this on some travel sized products but I think it should be across the board on everything. My skin is very sensitive and changes regularly so I would like to buy smaller amounts to trial before committing.

I really like this product, i have been using it for a week now. It has not been to harsh on my skin. I use it 2-3 times a week and so far it has done what it said it would. Texture is good not too bitty.

I has complained not received my parcels on second order. Very disappointed and unhappy. I has chat to your agent they also can't do anything. Just send the form to me and fill in and need waiting 10 day. I has said I don't want to refund just want my product redelivery. Nothing to help Just said waiting to investigate. So I don't know still can trust to order next time.

I love the murad products but only allowing RM delivery is difficult to manage. I changed my order delivery date to Friday but the order was delivered today (Tuesday). I’m not home now and the box is clearly advertising the products (which are expensive). I hope the products are still there when I get home as people in my apartment block have had parcels stolen before.

I absolutely adore Murad. Products for every skin type which feel luxurious on your skin. My son has just finished chemotherapy and his skin was so dry, the intense recovery cream has worked like a dream. Wouldn’t use any other brand.

My order was confirmed and shipped much faster than I expected with full information issued keeping me up to date of each stage. Superb service. I cannot give Murad any stars I have had a terrible two weeks of communication with them, which at this precise time has not been resolved Could not get them to understand that I was an order missing of which they had taken £115 from my account and no order received, even to this date They have completely left me in limbo land No one has bothered to resolve this to date I would never tell anyone to buy from Murad Incidentally, between me and my daughter we have spent hundreds

I started using Murad products when my skin was reacting to other face creams, becoming itchy with large patches of redness. After reading up on Murad I decided to try it and the diffrence was immediately noticeable, the redness and irritation stopped and my skin was hydrated and smooth. Last week I found out I have an allergy to formaldehyde which is a preservative found in most face products. Happy to say it’s NOT in Murad products and I can use any in the safe knowledge that my skin will not react and is being nurtured.

Everything arrived well packed and in good time, I am using all 3 products and so far very pleased with them.

My go to cleanser and moisturiser! I have had a really good experience with ordering and using Miranda products particularly the oil & pore control mattifier SPF45 moisturiser. I had oily skin and often would end up with a shiny forehead throughout the day b it feel this has helped massively so 10/10 would recommend this moisturiser x
