We ordered some ammo on 6/20/18 & never received a tracking number. Then got a group email sent to about 190 customers saying the orders had to be cancelled due to damaged ammo from Hurricane Harvey & that our credit card would be credited in 7-10 days! Still no credit... still no ammo! Tried calling the company... line is always busy. Then some of the other 189 customers listed on that group email said the website had been taken down... very fraudulent activity if you ask us!

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 22 boxes of 9mm. After 5 days the order was canceled. I was mass-emailed along with 169 other customers letting us know that the order was cancelled due to flood damage on the ammo from a storm that had happened more than 6 months prior. A refund was promised within 5-7 days. More than 2 weeks later there has been no refund. All phone numbers are always busy or lead straight to voicemail. This guy is a scammer. Plus he distributed my contact info without my consent. He has been reported as fraud to my bank and an investigation has been started.

My order was cancelled by the company and I was not refunded my money. I have been trying to call the number on this site but it is always busy. This order was nothing but a hassle. Now I will have to dispute with my cc company causing me more work and time wasted. Very disappointed.

Had to leave one star because zero stars cannot be selected. Munire charged my credit card on June 16 when my order was placed, then cancelled the order... then, munire sent a USPS tracking number ten days later, saying the order had been shipped from Toledo, OH. Problem is that USPS prohibits ammo shipments, and the tracking number only shows that a label was printed, nothing else. Hoping the dispute is more painless than dealing with this company.

I wouldn't risk buying from here I got charged 10+ days ago and my order was cancelled by munireusa. Still no refund. I have to go to my card company. Avoid this seller

I seem to be having the same issues that everyone else is having & it seems to be happening within the same timeframe. I ordered 9mm & .45ACP from them 6 days ago. Was charged 2 days after. No word on shipping or if it's on the way. Nothing. Tried calling only to get the tone as if the line was off the hook.

Order Ammo on Wednesday, my card was charged and on Sunday my order was canceled. One week later I cannot get anyone on the phone or a response to my emails to get a refund. Buyer beware!

This company takes your money then doesn’t ship you a thing. Nobody will answer the support email or the owners email. The phones don’t work either. Avoid munire usa! Also they wont even refund you...

Buyer beware! There is no customer service, only a phone ringing off the hook. I ordered over $100 worth of ammo. After being "in process" for days, my order was inexplicably canceled, only to be resurrected with a tracking number with no logged activity. Within 15 minutes of looking at that email alert, I received another that again cancelled my order. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for a refund. Brick and mortar store prices are better than $100+ of aggravation.

Ordered some 9mm and .223 at a great price and free shipping.....order went thru, credit card got charged....okay, great. Nothing else for days...then an email that the order was cancelled. Then another email that the product had been 'damaged in a hurricane'....then another email that a refund would be issued ...in 5-7 days. So I call the toll-free and a regular number I google'd, and nobody answers the phone... Then last night I get another email that the order had shipped......followed a few minutes later by an email saying the order was cancelled....AGAIN! What is going on? How have y'all stayed in business treating customers like this???

After waiting 5 business days, Munire cancelled my order with absolutely no explanation as to why. Being the upstanding company they are, they left the charge on my credit card. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! This outfit is shady at best.

This morning they canceled my order with out reason, and will not answer the phone. I have emailed, and called at least 10 times, but every time it is busy. I am pretty frustrated to be out 100 dollars for no ammo, and no explanation of why it was canceled. I just want my ammo, or my money back, post haste!!!!

Order cancelled 1 week after being placed. No email as to why. Just cancelled. Likely cancelled because they lured people to the site with the lowest price on gun.deals and then cancelled every order. Avoid at all costs.

I placed and order for 1k rounds on 6/9/18 and the order never came. On 6/21/18 I received an email that said my order has been canceled? I was charged for an order that I did not receive? I wrote 2 email and called multiple times and have heard nothing back? Very confused... I want my money back or I want my ammo.. either way I will not be ordering anything from this company again

Good prices but shipping takes a mouth. The customer service is the worst of any store I have ever bought from. Will never order from again.
